Job Type Full-time Trenam Law has a need for a Probate Litigation Associate with 7+ years of experience handling contested estates. The ideal candidate should be familiar with sophisticated, high-value estates and high net worth clients, as well as handling other legal work in our diverse Private Client Services practice group. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Draft or review probate documents and file them with the courts. Candidates should have experience attending and participating in trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations, with appellate experience a plus. Requirements Primary responsibilities will be to attend meetings and court hearings, draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, revocable trusts.
