Job Description We are seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of business immigration experience to join the legal team in our San Francisco office. Duties will be focused on providing comprehensive business immigration services for corporate clients. The ideal candidate will bring experience with O-1, EB-1, and NIW petitions. Working as part of a legal team, duties also include supervising paralegals, drafting legal memos, and supporting practice development. Qualifications 3+ years of business immigration experience required. Excellent writing, communication and client management skills. Business immigration experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant matters, including O-1, EB-1 and NIW. Experience with J-1s preferred
