Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a highly qualified staff attorney with 8 or more years of experience to join our Real Estate litigation practice. This position would primarily assist our team with litigation matters. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, including complex discovery, motions practice and case management. Experience in eminent domain, condemnation and government takings, land use, leasing, landlord/tenant issues and real estate litigation related to public and privately owned property would be helpful, but not necessary for consideration. Candidates must also be highly organized, detail-oriented and have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is typically a full-time position with benefits eligibility, but we will consider part-time candidates. Amount of office presence is negotiable. Colorado license preferred.
