Eckert Seamans, a national, full-service AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join the Product Liability Defense team in our Philadelphia or Harrisburg office. This position offers exceptional experience working with our attorneys and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of civil litigation, including conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, and preparing substantive motions in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Prior judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
