Johnston Allison Hord is seeking an associate attorney to join our Litigation Practice Group with a focus on fiduciary litigation. Experience in the following areas would be favorably considered: 2-6 years of experience in estate planning and administration and a desire to utilize this experience as a fiduciary litigator; alternatively, 3-6 years of litigation experience with at least some experience handling trust and estate disputes. Strong writing skills. Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Our fiduciary litigation attorneys represent individuals, nonprofit organizations, and corporate fiduciaries in disputes involving trusts, estates, power of attorney abuse situations, and related issues.
