What you’ll do… · Perform patentability, freedom to operate, invalidity, and/or non-infringement analyses, including claim chart construction as applicable. · Draft post-grant documents (e.g. petitions, replies) outlining technical arguments. · Advise post-grant and patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific area of expertise. · Draft and prosecute patent applications for innovative clients. Who you are… · You have an advance degree in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or closely related field (preferably a PhD). · You have 0-3 years of post-grant and/or patent prosecution experience (preferred). · You are registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark office (preferred). · You have superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
