The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation; marketing and licensing; content development, distribution and sales; event management; and a number of direct-to-consumer offerings. </div> <div></div> <div> Job Description: </div> <div> The Associate Counsel will join the Employment Legal Team, that consists of a small, collaborative group of attorneys and other professionals across the globe who share responsibility for advising Endeavor and its various diverse business units on employment-related matters. The primary focus of this role is employment contracts and the selected candidate initially will have responsibility for drafting and negotiating employment contracts for the WME business. The position presents a great opportunity for an attorney interested in the intersection of contracts and employment law with the operations of a global, publicly traded company. This is a full-time position and will report to the Senior Counsel – Executive Compensation &amp; Benefits. </div> <div></div> <div> Responsibilities: </div> <ul> <li> Draft, negotiate and review documents related to employment arrangements, including offer letters and agent and executive employment agreements</li> <li> Coordinate with various company departments (tax, finance, HR, and legal) regarding employment arrangements</li> <li> Liaise with outside and internal counsel regarding international and cross-border employment arrangements</li> <li> Perform other tasks, projects and responsibilities as assigned, to include advice and counsel on employment-related legal matters across the United States</li> </ul> <div></div> <div> Qualifications: </div> <ul> <li> Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, and 1+ years of experience.</li> <li> Admitted to practice law in the state in which attorney is located (or licensed in another state, but eligible to practice in the state in which attorney is located as registered in-house counsel).</li> <li> Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong contractual drafting skills.</li> <li> Ability to collaborate and build effective, trusted relationships across a large organization.</li> <li> Strong time and project management skills.</li> </ul> <div></div> Endeavor is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. </div></div>
