<ul>
<li> Provide legal support for assigned go-to-market sales territories selling to state and local governments. </li>
<li>Support the assigned region, identifying risks and proposing alternatives/solutions. </li>
<li>Research and respond to general legal inquiries related to contract disputes, new business initiatives and regulatory issues. </li>
<li>Prepare, draft, review, redline, negotiate, and analyze various types of commercial contracts, including large communication systems, software as a service (SaaS), and other sales-oriented contracts prevalent in the communications industry. </li>
<li>Providing legal responses to internal business teams for competitive procurement opportunities and for sole source sales opportunities. </li>
<li>Review the solicitation, analyze the legal and business risks, and provide the exceptions to mitigate the legal and business risks identified on a short timeline, ensuring compliance with government and customer-imposed requirements. </li>
<li>Assist with contract disputes, including understanding the issues, researching and providing guidance on solutions, and drafting settlement agreements. </li>
<li>Provide legal support to Latin America on a case-by-case basis. </li>
<li>$121,035 - 166,200 per year. </li>
<li>Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.</li>
