<br> This position is responsible for protecting the organization's legal interests, maintaining its operations within the scope established by law and providing risk management services. This involves providing legal advice on a variety of matters including the law governing health care institutions, political subdivisions and municipal corporations for the State of Indiana.

<br> <b>Associated Job Duties</b>
<br>
<ul>
<li> Provide advice and counsel to all divisions of the Corporation. </li>
<li>Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. </li>
<li>Assist in the review and drafting of corporate policies and procedures, and governance documents. </li>
<li>Assists in the review of tort claims and other litigation as requested. </li>
<li>Other duties as assigned. </li>

<li>Doctor of Jurisprudence </li>
<li>License to practice law in Indiana </li>
<li>At least two year's experience in the practice of law as a licensed attorney (may include a judicial clerkship. </li>
<li>Knowledge of, or experience in, local government and/or the administrative process </li>
<li>Employment law experience, preferred. </li>
