If your answer is “yes,” you should join T-Mobile’s All-Star Legal Team! <br> <br> T-Mobile is looking for a senior attorney to join its Legal Team and work at one of its corporate headquarters in Bellevue, WA, or Overland Park, KS, primarily supporting the Marketing, Advertising &amp; Brand, Digital, and Communications business teams. <p></p> <p><b> What you’ll do in your role.</b></p> <ul> <li> Serve as lead attorney providing legal advice to multiple sophisticated business units about offers and promotions, product and service launches, signature campaigns, and consumer-facing materials.</li> <li> Serve as trusted advisor for several specialty areas such as consumer protection, pricing, endorsements &amp; testimonials, and industry requirements. Advise senior leaders on a broad range of strategic legal and business matters, assessing legal risk and short-term tradeoffs in the context of broader strategic imperatives.</li> <li> Drive departmental initiatives from inception to completion, including the development or redesign of legal support processes to increase efficiencies and better align to the needs of the business.</li> <li> Successfully manage and lead a small team of legal professionals.</li> <li> Elevate key issues to executives via succinct and compelling oral and written communications.</li> <li> Engage and manage outside counsel relationships.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><b> The experience you’ll bring.</b></p> <ul> <li> 10+ years of experience as a business or litigation attorney, with top law firm and/or relevant in-house experience</li> <li> 2+ years’ experience supervising others’ work, including providing effective feedback and supporting growth and development.</li> <li> Current bar membership (in good standing) in at least one U.S. state; eligibility for admission to Washington or Kansas bar</li> <li> JD from accredited university with outstanding academic credentials</li> <li> Demonstrated ability to lead highly complex projects and other high impact initiatives and navigate ambiguity.</li> <li> Ability to interact with senior management with strong executive maturity.</li> <li> Excellent and succinct written and oral communication skills</li> <li> A demonstrated ability to collaborate with other legal and business professionals in a complex organization with a focus on delivering results efficiently.</li> <li> Keen, pragmatic business sense with strong judgment, including the ability to translate the needs of senior leaders into action.</li> <li> Ability to operate independently and effectively in a dynamic environment.</li> <li> Strong organizational skills to handle competing priorities.</li> <li> Ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li> Desire and ability to work as part of a team.</li> <li> Interest in and aptitude for consumer protection, advertising, and intellectual property law required; experience in those areas preferred.</li> </ul> <p></p> <ul> <li>At least 18 years of age</li> <li>Legally authorized to work in the United States</li> </ul> <br> <b> Travel</b>: <br> Travel Required (Yes/No):No <br> <br> <b>DOT Regulated</b>: <br> DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No <br> Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No <br> <p></p> Washington Pay Range : $207,400.00 - $280,500.00 <p></p> The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
