As Senior Director, Technology Contracts Attorney, you will be a pivotal member of our legal team. Key Responsibilities: <ul> <li> Draft, negotiate, and review a diverse range of technology agreements, including but not limited to software and technology licensing, master services, statements of work, supply and distribution, cloud technology, cloud hosting, data colocation, domain-name ownership, SaaS, XaaS, resellers, professional services, development, and nondisclosure agreements. </li> <li> Provide strategic guidance and legal support to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and risk mitigation. </li> <li> Collaborate with external partners to facilitate successful technology transactions and partnerships. </li> <li> Develop and implement best practices, standard templates, and processes for technology contract management to enhance efficiency and consistency. </li> <li> Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies to inform legal strategy and mitigate risks. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li> Juris Doctor from a recognized, accredited law school. </li> <li> 10+ years of experience specializing in technology contracts and agreements. </li> <li> Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently and lead by example. </li> <li> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail. </li> <li> Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving capabilities. </li> <li> Strategic judgment to assess risks and make informed decisions. </li> </ul> Additional Qualifications (Desirable): <ul> <li> Experience in the insurance or financial services industry. </li> <li> Prior experience managing a team of legal professionals. </li> </ul> Location: <ul> <li> This is a hybrid role, on-site 3 days per week at Chevy Chase, MD or New York, NY </li> </ul> #LI-AN1 <br> Annual Salary $210,000.00 - $350,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
