King & Spalding seeks mid-level and senior associates for its Corporate, Finance and Investments practice in its capital markets group in New York. Qualified candidates will have three to seven years’ experience working on corporate and corporate finance matters, including significant experience working on securities and capital markets transactions (e.g., IPOs, other offerings of common stock, preferred stock or hybrid securities, and high-yield and investment grade debt offerings). Candidates also should have experience representing public company issuers, including drafting and reviewing SEC periodic reports and other disclosures as well as consulting on governance matters. All candidates should have large law firm experience, solid academic credentials from a top-tier law school, and an entrepreneurial attitude.
