Bank Finance Attorney 7plus years

We are seeking an officer or shareholder-level attorney to join our Bank & Finance Department representing lenders in a wide variety of debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate credit facilities, and real estate financings, and to assist on a limited basis representing borrowers in finance transactions.
