Applicants should have experience working with corporate and securities laws affecting open-end and closed-end mutual funds, private investment funds and SEC and state registered investment advisers. Applicants must have excellent writing and advocacy skills as well as stellar academic credentials. Direct client interaction, strong verbal and interpersonal skills required.
