Miller & Chevalier is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Chambers-ranked Customs & Import Trade practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of customs and import trade law, including on matters pertaining to: enforcement actions (penalties, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)/U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) investigations, prior disclosures, audits, seizures), strategic customs planning (tariff mitigation strategies, free trade agreements, etc.) and customs litigation. The candidate must have experience with the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and Withhold Release Order (WRO) enforcement matters.
