Our California office is looking for a patent litigation associate with 1 – 7 years of experience. Candidates with a technical degree (bachelors or higher) and/or industry practice are preferred, but such technical experience is not necessary. We have a trial-intensive practice, which means that our associates are regularly challenged with opportunities to work with experts, take and defend depositions, prepare for and handle hearings, and directly participate in patent trials and inter partes review proceedings.
