We are seeking an Attorney to join our Labor, Employment, Benefits and Immigration Group. This position will ideally be located in our Baltimore office. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act, collective bargaining and the unionized workplace, with extensive experience advising clients on day-to-day labor issues and grievance processing. The candidate experiences should include 7+ years of: traditional labor law experience, including client counseling on labor relations and law, research and writing projects, grievance arbitration, collective bargaining and union campaigns, and matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm or clerking experience and superb writing, research, drafting and communication skills. We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our labor and employment practice. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
