The ideal candidate must have two to four years of litigation experience, preferably at a boutique labor and employment firm or in the employment practices group at a general practice firm. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, strong communication, analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in California. Competitive salary and benefits are offered with this position. Our attorneys have the flexibility work a hybrid work schedule. In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $160,000 and $185,000.
