Job Description: Nutter McClennen & Fish is seeking a mid-level associate to join our expanding (growing) Private Client group. The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning and estate and trust administration, and knowledge of the relevant state and federal income and estate tax laws. This position would support our attorneys in both Massachusetts and California. Job Requirements: The candidate should have extensive technical experience, including drafting complex estate plans and preparing estate tax returns. In addition, candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and client service skills. MA and/or CA Bar admission is preferred.
