We are seeking a Senior Associate or Of Counsel in law school class years 2016 and above to join our Finance team in Texas. Candidate should have debt finance experience at peer firm. At least some private equity acquisition finance experience is helpful and experience with oil- and gas-related transactions would be preferred.. Representation of borrowers or lenders, or both, is welcome. The role is expected to have significant direct client contact and will offer a great opportunity for entrepreneurial associates to develop relationships with clients and manage matters with a high degree of independence. The annual compensation range for this position is between $435,000 and $500,000. The title and salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
