Multiple Locations (Houston, Dallas) - Fund Formation Associate (Mid-Level)

The Global Corporate group is looking to hire an associate to join our Houston or Dallas Office. Ideal candidates will have 4-6 years of substantive experience in drafting and negotiating complex limited partnership/limited liability company agreements, including side letters, structuring joint venture investment transactions, private fund formation work (for sponsors and/or investors), and SEC investment advisory regulations.
