Description
The Princeton office of Troutman Pepper Locke’s Real Estate practice group is seeking a land use and zoning associate with a minimum of two years of experience in land use and zoning and real estate transactional work. The candidate would be expected to handle both New Jersey land use and zoning matters and real estate matters. Experience in handling of land use litigation matters is a plus but not required. The position will involve frequent contact with clients, government officials and other external parties as well as public speaking and presentations before planning and zoning boards, and local, county and regional governing authorities. The ideal candidate is personable with high emotional intelligence, practical approaches to problem-solving, concise writing and speaking skills, and who is comfortable leading a meeting involving stakeholders with often differing opinions. Candidates must be currently licensed and in good standing in New Jersey. They must possess excellent academic credentials and have superior writing skills.
