SAIBER LLC is seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate with 3-6 years of litigation, insurance coverage and/or employment law experience to join our Florham Park office. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and talented attorney who seeks challenging work assignments with a reasonable hourly requirement. Key Responsibilities Draft and prepare briefs, pleadings, motions, and other related litigation documents. Conduct document review and discovery. Draft coverage opinions and coverage position letters Conduct legal research and write client communications. Provide client status reports. Participate in business development. Other litigation-related matters as needed. Successful candidates will possess the following: Litigation experience, including discovery, depositions and preparing dispositive motions. Admission to New Jersey required; New York preferred. Federal or N.J. Appellate, Chancery or Law Division clerkship preferred. Outstanding academic credentials Excellent writing and communication skills Ability to work independently.
