<p>Work on-site as a member of the TSMC AZ Legal Department providing general corporate and commercial legal services to assist in achieving business goals while minimizing undue risk. Provide creative and cost-effective support and advice to in-house clients in construction, facilities, EHS, risk management, supply chain and litigation matters. Work involves a wide variety of areas including: developing corporate policies and standard operating procedures; contract drafting and negotiation; change management; regulatory compliance; dispute resolution; loss investigations and negotiated resolutions; and corporate compliance matters</p>

<p><b>Requirements</b>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to listen and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to establish trust and maintain strong working relationships</li>
<li>Ability to share workload with other members of the Legal Department</li>
<li>Must have a law degree from a recognized university</li>
<li>Must be admitted to a recognized bar</li>
<li>Must be permitted to work in the United States</li>
<li>5 to 8 years of relevant experience gained in a law firm and/or in-house position with demonstrated ability to perform the above listing of key responsibilities, along with
<ul>
<li>Working in a large, highly matrixed and dispersed decision-making environment</li>
<li>Advising all levels of management on the legal risks and liabilities relevant to various business activities </li>
<li>Researching and anticipating unique legal issues that could impact the company</li>
<li>Negotiating and facilitating internal stakeholder approvals on a wide variety of agreements </li>
<li>Providing training</li>
