We strive for execution excellence while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. </div> <div> AMD together we advance_ </div> Responsibilities: <div> <b> Job Role and Responsibility:</b> AMD, Inc., is hiring Corporate Counsel to Perform activities in the AMD’s legal department. Draft and negotiate agreements for product sales and support, marketing funding, and other customer contracts. Draft and negotiate inbound and outbound technology license agreements and engineering services agreements. Draft and negotiate inbound and outbound software licensing agreements (including client counseling regarding the use of open-source software). Counsel clients regarding contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution. Provide counsel and oversight of product messaging and marketing. Develop and provide training to internal clients regarding legal and compliance topics. Coordinate with various internal functions, including operations and finance, in support of transactions. Provide ongoing communication to key stakeholders to ensure they are aware of significant changes, milestones, or updates. Analyze and manage large amounts of information and effectively present data to drive action. Develop executive summaries for leadership. Apply specific knowledge of the legal principles; Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Under limited supervision, exercise judgment within defined company procedures and practices to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Utilize knowledge of principles and procedures for commercial contracts, technology law and software licensing as well as knowledge in computing and semiconductor industry. </div> <div></div> <div> <br> Multiple openings.
