THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a corporate associate with experience in complex mergers &acquisitions, joint ventures, and similar transactions to work in our New York office. Our Corporate practice is recognized as a leading middle-market M&A practice and possesses strengths in niche areas. Our clients are counseling boards and board committees, independent directors, C-level executives, and internal legal and compliance departments. THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an associate in the Corporate practice, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting,challenging, and groundbreaking legal projects in collaboration with our senior Corporate attorneys. You will manage smaller transactions, and bear independent responsibility for major documentation and components of larger transactions. You’ll have substantive client contact as well as significant involvement in case strategy and management, and the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior associates.
