Description
The San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking a staff attorney with 5+ of extensive experience in state and federal complex litigation, including taking and defending depositions, preparing and responding the written discovery, motion practice and trial experience. Ideally, candidates would have substantive expertise in some or all of the following areas: complex business and commercial litigation, construction law, products liability litigation, government contracts, and defending consumer fraud (UCL/CLRA) cases, including class actions.
