Junior Corporate Associate Levenfeld Pearlstein is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of corporate transactional experience to join its growing and highly collaborative Corporate Group. The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity sponsors and middle market companies in M&A transactions and other complex commercial transactions. The candidate must have experience drafting purchase agreements, LLC/partnership agreements, private placement offering documents, and other corporate transactional documents and advising clients on various general corporate matters. We are looking for someone who is a team player and a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
