Snell & Wilmer seeks an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Commercial Finance Group. The ideal candidate will have experience in due diligence, documentation, negotiation, and closing sophisticated lending transactions, including real estate, commercial, securities and/or asset backed loans. In addition, experience in tax advantage finance (including low income housing tax credit, historic and new market credits, and/or alternative energy) or structured finance (including CMBS and securitizations) would be a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses. The compensation range for candidates placed in Colorado is $190,000 - $210,000, depending on experience.
