The Philadelphia office of Kaufman Dolowich, a nationally recognized AV-rated® firm of 200+ attorneys, is seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services Group. Experience in financial services litigation, regulatory defense, and/or compliance counseling. JD from an ABA accredited Law School. Admission to PA and NJ Bar. Federal and State Court experience. Experience on the defense side of consumer financial services preferred. Experience in developing strategy and taking/defending depositions is a plus. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing, research, and communications skills. Must be organized and have the ability to work independently.
