Due to continued expansion in the CSG Law Tax Group, we have an opportunity for a new attorney to join and work alongside our team of tax attorneys in our Roseland, NJ Office. Our tax professionals work alongside our corporate attorneys to advise business entities on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, sales, and acquisitions; and design and implement tax-efficient structures for U.S. based businesses. This position brings the opportunity to become an integral part of a vibrant and growing team in an environment that fosters professional development and career enhancement. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is ready to jump into the team and brings to the table 3-5 years’ broad experience supporting senior attorneys with the tax aspects of corporate transactions; drafting tax memoranda and opinions; assisting clients with IRS and various state agency audits; appealing audit determinations; and drafting tax portions of Operating and Shareholder Agreements for business entities in numerous industries.
