Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, has an immediate opportunity for a Partner to join our Toxic Tort practice group in our Philadelphia office. THE QUALIFICATIONS Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for mediations and trial. The ideal candidate writes effectively, thinks strategically, and has prior experience in a Toxic Tort practice. Experience in asbestos litigation is highly preferred.
