Type of Experience: Recognized as a “Litigation Powerhouse” and an eight-time Law360 Practice Group of the Year, King & Spalding’s Product Liability & Mass Torts practice seeks associates with 3 to 5 years of tort litigation experience. The associates will be integral members of trial teams which handle the most significant individual, multidistrict, mass tort, and class action lawsuits for product manufacturers across a wide spectrum of industries and in some of the most challenging jurisdictions for corporate clients. We operate as a collaborative team focused on exceptional client service and associate development opportunities.
Qualified candidates will have outstanding academic credentials; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; and tort litigation experience (mass torts, product liability, and/or toxic/environmental torts) at a large law firm. Local bar admission also required.

The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $235,000 to $365,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
