Knowledge and experience preparing closing documents and management of real estate and financing transactions from inception to post-closing is a plus. In this role, you will conduct legal research, analyze and draft complex memoranda related to corporate, real estate, estate planning and financial matters, and work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess superior organizational and time management skills, is detail-oriented and capable of a high degree of accuracy and exhibits superior verbal and written communication skills. A J.D. from an ABA accredited law school is required, as well as being admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin.
