Full-time Technical Advisor to work closely with attorneys, clients, and client’s inventors to prepare patent applications; serve as resource with expertise in a particular technology; interview inventors, prepare patent applications, revise patent application based on client feedback, and become familiar with our clients’ technologies including: wireless networks, routers, switches, and optical networks, ranging from the chip level to the application level and relevant protocols. Must have master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science or related engineering degree, including: Electrical, Computer, Software or Telecommunications. Educational or work background must have included experience in drafting patent applications or scientific journal applications, working on office actions or communications with scientific journal editors to get scientific journal articles published as a corresponding author; wireless networks, routers, switches, optical networks, Li-ion battery technologies, solar energy technologies, semiconductor materials, semiconductor devices, antennas, and numerical calculations, ranging from the chip level to application level; and protocols.
