The Paralegal will assist attorney(s) by creating organizational and dissolution documents for corporations (including non-profit corporations), LLCs and partnerships, and related documents. Essential Duties Formation, merger, and dissolution of corporations, non-profit corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. Draft governing documents such as bylaws and operating agreements. Prepare annual corporate maintenance. Draft shareholder and Board of Director minutes. Assist with purchase and sale transactions. Create deeds and miscellaneous regulatory filings. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal in a law firm or the equivalent. Four-year college degree or equivalent. ABA approved paralegal certificate. Location: 5 days onsite until 90-day probation, then Hybrid (Century City). Salary: $85k -$95k base plus excellent package on offer including insurance and performance-related bonuses. The base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors.
