Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials and excellent writing, research, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Two to five years of large law firm litigation experience, preferably with securities cases, including class actions, investigations, and regulatory matters, is required. However, candidates with a general litigation background seeking to develop a specialization in securities litigation will be considered. A federal court clerkship is preferable but not required.
