West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Miami - Private Wealth / Estate Planning Senior Associate (6+ years) Gunster is seeking a senior associate to join the firm’s Private Wealth Services / Estate Planning practice in either its West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Miami office. Gunster’s Private Wealth Services group is involved in a dynamic, sophisticated, and complex practice involving high net worth clients. Gunster is the only Florida-focused firm ranked to Band 1 in the Chambers and Partners High Net Worth Guide 2024 Significant representation in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Interdisciplinary advice to individuals, families, business owners and family offices Fiduciary representation throughout the state The successful candidate will have large firm experience and top academics. Florida Bar admission is preferred (FL Bar admission ultimately required). Book of business is not required. Tax LL.M. or C.P.A. is a plus.
