What will I be doing?

Advise clients in complex domestic and international transactions, including M&A, financing, private equity, capital markets, and corporate reorganizations. Review/prepare legal documents, advise clients on global regulatory challenges, legal rights and strategies under corporate, tax and securities law. $435k/year. Allow 2-day remote work per week within the NYC metro area.

Requirements:

J.D. or LL.M. degree and at least three (3) years of experience as international transactional lawyer or related. Must have experience with advising clients on international mergers and acquisition, private equity transactions, and complex financing structures; analyzing/drafting corporate transactional documents (purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, certificates of designation, and financing agreements); and leading strategic acquisitions/structuring and negotiating bespoke investment instruments. Must be eligible for or have a license to practice law in New York.
