Our Team Our Business Immigration team is highly regarded in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. It sits within our global Labour & Employment Practice Group and predominantly acts for leading global businesses. Our clients include major players across a range of sectors including media, retail, sports, engineering, construction, tech and financial services. You will work collaboratively on immigration matters, many of which are complex and time critical. In this role, you will work largely on Skilled Worker visa applications as well other points-based system matters, indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation applications. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in sponsorship compliance and right to work issues. The team is very client-orientated, with a real focus on business development, so you will have the opportunity to hone your marketing skills too. You will be working closely with well-respected Partners, in a team that encourages personal skills development and growth and offers both autonomy and support where required. You We are looking for a qualified solicitor ideally 3-5 PQE, who is building a career advising on business immigration matters. You will have an excellent technical and practical knowledge of the Points Based System and relevant legislation gained from working in a well-established business immigration practice. You will have advised corporate clients on Skilled Worker, GBM and Tier 2 applications extensively, including sponsor licence applications, some complex cases and higher volume accounts. You will have experience of advising on indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation applications as well as sponsorship compliance and right to work issues. You will have a natural drive for business development with current and potential clients, an entrepreneurial flair and the ability to capitalise on marketing opportunities as they present themselves.
