Commercial Litigation Associate - Delaware

Our Wilmington, DE office has an immediate need of a mid-level litigation associate with three to five years of experience to join our strong Corporate Governance Litigation and Delaware Chancery practice. In addition to victories in the court room, our attorneys are recognized by Chambers USA and Best Lawyers for their excellent work. The practice focuses on entity litigation, commonly seeking injunctive and other relief for claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, advancement and indemnification claims, M&A and other governance issues. The practice also addresses complex litigation matters before Delaware state and federal courts in response to our clients’ needs. The candidate should have strong legal research and writing skills and, preferably, experience litigating corporate and commercial matters. The candidate must be able to work independently and in collaboration with teammates at all levels. Excellent academic credentials and writing and communication skills are required.
