Litigation Associate

Hackett Feinberg, P.C., a 25+ attorney Boston law firm, is seeking a self-motivated associate with 2-8 years’ business litigation experience to join its Litigation Group. The Litigation Group has a wide-ranging practice that includes commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, workouts, real estate and title litigation, as well as employment litigation and counseling. Candidates should have excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills, and an enthusiasm for working collaboratively. Experience or interest in business litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and real estate litigation is strongly desired.
