Schwegman is seeking qualified patent attorneys, patent agents or scientific advisors/technology specialists having a Ph.D. in organic chemistry, biochemistry, or similar field. We are particularly interested in candidates with 3+ years of experience in patent law with a focus on pharma/biotech.     Required: Ph.D. in the above fields, experience in patent preparation and prosecution, solid work ethic and efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills are of particular interest.     Preferred: Post-doctoral experience in fields above, a J.D. or patent agent qualifications are nice to have but not required.    Preferred location: Minnesota, California, Remote  Attorneys at Schwegman may be exposed to technical information that may be subject to U.S. Export Control laws.
