If so, we want you at Brownstein. We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of experience to join the firm’s Denver or Las Vegas office. Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in legal research and writing, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests. Superior analytical abilities, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment required. Judicial clerkship preferred. Colorado or Nevada bar admission preferred. Please submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and law school transcript. Compensation: Salary will range between $183,000 - $210,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
