Type of Experience: King & Spalding seeks an associate for its international trade practice in the Washington, DC office. Qualified candidates will have 2-4 years of experience practicing at an elite level in international trade law, with a particular emphasis on trade remedy litigation and international trade policy. Experience in international trade and compliance, WTO dispute resolution, customs, export controls and economic sanctions, and CFIUS foreign investment reviews are a plus. Government experience will be viewed favorably, but is not required. Applicants should have excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills.
