The Corporate Transactional Attorney will act as a legal advisor to the company, in line with applicable laws and regulations, in order to secure company objectives and assets and minimize potential liabilities in relation with the conduct of the business.
<br> Responsibilities include providing support for clients in strategic transactions, such as drafting, negotiating, reviewing and analyzing complex, large dollar, multinational legal transactions and documentation to appropriately balance business objectives and mitigate risks.
<br> Types of agreements include, but are not limited to, development, licensing, supply, distribution, purchasing, leasing and confidentiality agreements. Merger and acquisition activity as needed.

<br> PROFILE REQUIRED:
</div>

<li> JD Degree required. 2-3 years experience. Big firm or company experience preferred. Industry related and intellectual property experience is a positive.<br> The right candidate will have strong academic and employment credentials and have worked with a wide variety transactional matters.</li>
