In this position you will be a member of the TotalEnergies American Services (TEAS) entity providing HSE legal support and other key services to TotalEnergies’ US businesses. Position requires keeping up-to-date with evolving State and Federal environmental regulations and statutes. Position requires assisting the Deputy General Counsel with HSE litigation and agency enforcement matters, including document review and discovery, trial preparation, and negotiation of settlements.
