The Boston office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP is seeking for a staff attorney position an attorney with 5+ years of commercial litigation experience in New England state and federal courts, with significant experience representing lenders, banks or other financial institutions in consumer financial services litigation and mortgage foreclosures, with related bankruptcy experience, or Connecticut or Rhode Island law licenses and experience, strong pluses.
