Requires JD and Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or Bioengineering & 2 months of experience in patent litigation as a law clerk, summer associate, or attorney. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Massachusetts & in the federal district court for Massachusetts. J.D. must be from an ABA-accredited school. Must have 2 months of experience in patent litigation involving medical devices, pharmaceutical compositions, treatment methods, or mechanical arts.
