Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials; excellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skills; and an eagerness to work hard as part of a team. California bar admission is required. The staff attorney will support active trial practices, primarily by reviewing and summarizing case materials, conducting legal research, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and responding to motions, taking depositions, making court appearances, and preparing for trial. The successful candidate can become eligible for consideration for elevation to partnership-track associate by meeting or exceeding expectations regarding professional excellence, firm citizenship, interpersonal skills, and productivity.
